Gravity Sieve II
The Polypropylene Sieve is a prefilter to filter out the coarse dirt out of the water. By installing a Sieve the biological filter is less pressured.

The advice is to connect the skimmer and the bottomdrain(s) to the Sieve. The water enters the filter through two 110 mm pipe and is and travels over the stainless steel curved sieve that goes from 300 to 200 microns to the collector. From which the water is pumped into the filter or the pond.

The outlet of the sieve can be connected to the sewer. To clean the curved sieve just close the valve which can interrupt the water supply.
